Luke Andrews is the Founder & Director of Exclusive PT, an International Coach for the Great Britain Powerlifting Team (Arnold Classic 2016), and has a Degree (Hons) in Sports Science & Biology. He began his career in the Fitness Industry over 15 years ago, after playing professional Rugby, and has trained hundreds of clients with many different abilities to achieve their goals in over 8,000 PT sessions.
He has experience as a Rugby Strength & Conditioning Coach and also implemented Bournemouth YMCA’s GP Referral Scheme, in turn helping many begin their journey into fitness and weights who have had: back pain, arthritis, muscular imbalances, diabetes and cancer.
With this advanced knowledge and passion for training, Luke is one of the most respected and successful Powerlifting / Strength Coaches in the country with a unique ability to deliver training / coaching sessions that are specific, effective and fun. Luke is also highly experienced in developing training programmes that are extremely tailored for the individual, in the gym and / or Online, for maximum results.

Kate is a Level 3 Personal Trainer and massively enthusiastic about sports, health and fitness. She likes to take a holistic approach to her client's fitness journey and be involved in
every aspect to help them realise their goals. Whether it's looking at training, diet and lifestyle as a whole, Kate is passionate in aiding her clients achieve a healthy, balanced routine and become the best versions of themselves.
Kate loves to help women feel comfortable and confident inside the gym and out and to uncover their full potential. She has a background in sport having played football for 11 years, then moving on to compete in bodybuilding and triathlon. She loves coaching weightlifting with a CrossFit influence and writing training programs which challenges her clients whilst also being educational and enjoyable.
