2 hours of practical experience on how how to safely and confidently perform the Squat, Bench Press and Deadlift, while also learning how these exercises can help you achieve your goals.

In the safety and security of a small group session (maximum of 10) learn the techniques you need under the expert guidance of Luke (Exclusive PT's coach to 3 World Championship Lifters amongst many!) and the support of Rachel.

What you can expect to learn about:

  • The warm up exercises to do before you start to squat, bench press and deadlift. What they are, why you may use them and who needs them.

  • Movement assessment. An insight into how you are going to move.

  • Breathing, bracing and the importance of your core while weight training.

  • Practical components of the squat, bench press and deadlift. Improving set up, positioning and technique.

  • Picking accessory exercises.

  • The opportunity to ask any question - no matter how small!

This is an introduction to weight training so no experience is necessary.

There will be a mixture of theory and practical experience so come dressed to move!
