All England Powerlifting Championships

Updated: Aug 30, 2019

PB City!! Amanda Winter had an absolute blinder of a comp at the All England Champs and as a coach I couldn't have asked for more!

In her first National Competition she got 9 for 9, with her best lifts being a 90kgs Squat, 60kgs Bench, 112.5kgs Deadlift and a 262.5kgs Total. These Were All PBs!!!  A fantastic performance from one of our Exclusive Titan Powerlifters

It was only 2 1/2 months ago Alex Bates and I started working together as she wanted to really pull out all the stops for the All England Champs.  Being a Crossfit Athlete by trade (and a very good one at that) many thought it wasn't possible to do well at both...but I'm so glad we proved them wrong! :) By consistent communication and regular updating and tweaking of the programme, Alex had a fantastic day at the office. Her nutrition was spot on too by having her last month lead in to the comp meticulously planned by none other than Vicky Mirceta Squatting 117.5kgs (narrowly missing out on a 122.5kgs (PB) due to depth), Benching 70kgs (equal PB) and Deadlifting 125kgs (massive PB!) Alex won the U52 class with an impressive 312.5kgs Total....

Super Suzi!!! Suzana Suzi Sorokova Another superstar Exclusive Titan Powerlifter, who is Powerlifting coached be me and Nutritionally coached by Vicky Mirceta. Suzi had an awesome day... Squat PB of 110kgs Equal Bench PB of 60kgs (but it was the strongest it ever looked!) Almost a new 145kgs Sumo PB too... she gave her heart and soul into that lift and dug deep to lock it out, only to get red lighted for some minor downward movement. But the character and determination bodes so well for the future :) A fantastic performance from Super Suzi.

Lisa P too had a great day too. A 120Kgs Squat, 80Kgs Bench and a new PB in the Deadlift of 155Kgs :)

All in all a fantastic comp for Exclusive PT Lifters!!!

Follow our progress....
