British Record Holder's Bench Press Arch Protocol... I have had many people ask how Danni Malcolm gets her Bench Press Arch...so here are the exercises / movements she uses before every Bench Session.
Please note, Danni had a very good gymnastics base before doing Powerlifting, and thus had a good level of flexibility to begin with. That said, Danni has made it her mission to have the best Bench Press in Britain and has worked extremely hard to develop her flexibility in conjunction with her strength gains.

You can see that it's not just a back mobility protocol. Shoulders, pecs, hips and groin are also mobilized to aid that thoracic extension... I hope these exercises shown in this post though help you increase your flexibility and mobility 👍
